Funded deals can be refunded if both parties agree before any milestone is approved, or if a dispute is resolved in the buyer's favor. Refunds are initiated through the Truvow platform and processed via Stripe.
If some milestones have been approved and funds released, only the unreleased held balance is eligible for refund. Once a milestone payment is released to the seller, it cannot be reclaimed through the platform.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Crypto refunds may take additional time depending on network conditions.
The platform fee (transaction fee and protected payment fee) is non-refundable once a deal is funded. These fees cover the cost of payment processing, dispute infrastructure, and platform operations.
Filing a chargeback with your bank instead of using Truvow's built-in dispute system may result in account suspension and may delay or prevent any refund. We strongly encourage users to resolve disputes through the platform first.
For refund requests or questions, contact us at support@truvow.app. Include your deal ID and a description of the issue.
