How are funds protected?
Funds are held securely and only released when you explicitly approve a milestone or the full deal. You are always in control.
What is the dispute process?
Either party can open a dispute. You submit evidence, AI summarizes the situation neutrally, and our team reviews. Resolution options include release, partial release, refund, or revision.
Do I need to verify my identity?
Verification is optional to start, but required to send and receive protected payments above a certain threshold.
What payment methods are supported?
Currently USDC on Solana (instant, low fee). Bank transfers and other methods coming soon.
