You may not use Truvow for any of the following:
- ✕Illegal transactions or activities prohibited by applicable law
- ✕Fraudulent deals, misrepresentation, or impersonation of other users or entities
- ✕Manipulation of trust scores, reviews, or platform metrics
- ✕Money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes
- ✕Transactions involving weapons, controlled substances, adult content, or counterfeit goods
- ✕Transactions originating from or involving parties in OFAC sanctioned regions
- ✕Spam, phishing, or any form of unauthorized solicitation through deal rooms or messages
- ✕Circumventing platform fees, payment systems, or security measures
2. Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in:
- Immediate account suspension or permanent ban
- Deal cancellation and fund hold pending investigation
- Reporting to relevant authorities or law enforcement
- Legal action where applicable
3. Reporting Violations
If you witness a violation of this policy, please report it to support@truvow.app. Include any relevant deal IDs, screenshots, or descriptions of the behavior.
4. Updates
This policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated policy.
